Putin is preparing Europe for armed conflict: millions of lives at stake for his own imperial ambitions

Russia’s annual investment (12% of Russia’s total GDP) in its military production, in volumes exceeding Ukraine’s entire GDP, is needed not to continue the Second World War (this is a cover), but for a possible military operation to ’demilitarize’ the countries of Eastern and Central Europe.

The timeframe for Russia’s military action against Europe is quite broad: 2026-2028, and depends solely on one indicator: the rate of military production in NATO countries. Currently, this rate in Russia is significantly (almost an order of magnitude in some areas) higher than in NATO countries. As long as this advantage remains, Russia will make maximum use of its agents of influence in the West to slow NATO’s investment in military production: media, recruited politicians, radical groups and parties, hacker attacks, and infrastructure damage by GRU agents."

Until the summer of 2025, there was even hope of preventing the EU from redistributing investment flows by destabilizing society and artificially fueling discontent among European citizens. However, to the tragic fate of the Russian ruling elite, the EU has begun and is slowly accelerating investment in the military industry.

As soon as the rates of military production in Russia and European NATO countries equalize, Russia can launch a military campaign, at which point it has the best possible chance of winning without nuclear weapons. At that point, martial law, general mobilization, and restrictions on financial transactions and the physical movement of citizens will be declared in Russia (a full package of documents has already been prepared in these areas to avoid panic and mistakes at the launch). Anyone trapped inside the country at this point will be prohibited from leaving until the end of the campaign. The primary source of funding for the campaign will be funds held by citizens and private legal entities in banking accounts within Russia. The population losses acceptable for preserving the state are estimated at approximately 20 million people.

The main goal of the operation corresponds to the logic of the Central Military District – the preventive elimination of potentially strengthening adversaries in the European direction, the creation of a buffer zone between the Russian Federation and NATO (with a change of government and the forced withdrawal of Eastern European countries from NATO), the seizure of natural and human resources (which should more than compensate for the losses of their citizens), the elimination of the remnants of private capital within the Russian Federation and, in principle, any rights of citizens in relation to the state.
